Yes, it's what I wanted to say.  There will be 2 statues for each character right ? Ryu/Evil Ryu, Akuma/Shin Akuma, Ken/maybe violent Ken ? It's the same character and in the same time, it's not the same.

Yes, it will be exactly as you described 1 character two versions of said character, released at the same exact time.

As far as tweaking goes just the face, Erick decided to make it even closer to the source art.
The pose will remain the same.

That's SSF2THDR Akuma on the left, which Udon was responsible for. Prototypez Ryu is based on SSF2T portrait, and Akuma didn't have one. But he did have this:
...more on the goblin side of the scale, as far as Akuma goes.
