The seam is seen at one angle, up close. Sure, anyone can hyper focus on it but even when displayed with 360' viewing it's still a great piece with killer angles that show no seam at all.
Now with all that said, this is still a B level villain, designed after the cartoon iteration at that. It's by no means for everyone.
I love it.

Damn...that didn't take long at all for it to be on discount.
If I hadn't gotten double Reward Points on him I'd be so disappointed.
Croc only shipped in Sept and he is already 10% off.
Sideshow seriously needs to consider their pricing or what is the point of preordering.
I forsee Carnage being in the same situation.

Hi Guys!
Reviving this. Got quite busy and was not able to follow up on this. Have spoken with someone and we have couple of options:
a) Have the Reg. head customized with it looking at the left (covering the seam)
b) Get a completely new custom head, again looking to the left
The price for a totally new one would definitely be much higher than option a).
Please let me know what you think. (And, if you are still interested, lol! )

Well, guess it's probably only me who wants this to happen.
I looked around if someone could customize the Reg. headsculpt looking to the left. It would have covered the seam and would have given us another / better option for display. Asked artists / people on FB, but sadly didn't get positive responses. The answers were fair enough too; as in, most of them were interested in making a new HS from scratch rather than customizing the Reg. SS headsculpt (which might have ended up in copyright issue(s), etc). But the problem is, with the price involved in producing a new one, I don't know if good enough number of people (30-40, which would bring the cost down) would be interested. Still hopeful to find somebody who might take up the job, someday.

Thanks a lot for writing!
I didn't contact Vince-Vell, but I did interact with riteguytu. He is in the UK and I didn't know anybody there who would send the PF over to him. Contacted some other people too, but it didn't help.
P.S.: When will get some spare time, Brad?
