Love this! A very striking re-imagining of the character. Solid pose and enough cool switch-outs to keep everyone happy. The samurai bat-helm is particularly effective.
Batman has always struck me as possessing a samurai-esque quality, so I'm amazed this hasn't been captured in statue form before. Kudos to XM for being bold enough to try something different. That's fast becoming a trademark of theirs.
Saying that, I'm not entirely convinced by any of the other concepts presented in this Oriental line so far, although it's still early days. But this one certainly has my attention.

Looks great. Can't wait to see pics with all the switch outs now.
Might be overkill for some but I want that backdrop thing that was behind Batman in the digital art. Makes this that much more epic to me. Like Black Bolts expanding base, it can optional but I want it.

I'd like it if the shoulder plates were removable. They look really good when he has the Samurai Bat Mask on, but when he's rocking his normal Batman cowl, they look to overblown for my tastes.
