The 66 is the God among tv/film vehicles. They gotta do it. I can't believe it wouldn't sell. It would drive up sales of the figures too no doubt

why wouldn't it happen though? they showed it at SDCC, and they made Batman AND Robin. its a complex piece. i sure ti will happen sooner or later.

If they don't make it, then it was basically a ruse to increase the sales of the Batman and Robin figures, which I fell victim to. Seriously, if they don't follow through, I am done with Hot Toys.

i am sorry but i have the feeling they won't make this car happen, it's a complex piece and they have anounced also the Delorean for back to the future (for 2016--it's absurd and CRAZY right?!! they have never let us collector's wait this long), i have the feeling they only anounce it just to sell those figures and will never produce the car. on the other hand i think that would be the end of Hot toys

It won't end Hot Toys, but it will end Hot Toys for me. They have rubbed the completist in me the wrong way one too many times.

When was the estimated date on the Batmobile? I know the DeLorean isn't schedule to release until 2016, I imagine the Batmobile will be late 2015..

EDIT: looking through SS site, was the 1966 Batmobile even put up for pre-order yet?
