New Arrow Statue - Unmasked

Just revealed by DC Collectibles' "Spoiler Alert".
Some tweaks in the costume, but basically the same pose as the original hooded statue.

I have mixed feelings about this one. I'm happy they're doing another Arrow statue (I was worried they were going to stick to the plastic figures) but I think this is too similar to the first statue, as the pose and the base look pretty much the same.

I had really hoped that we would see some other Arrow 1/6 statues (I really wanted the teasers to reveal a Dark Archer), so fingers crossed this does well and entices DC to make other Arrow characters.

if they are doing this the face sculpt should be spot on. otherwise I wouldn't consider it. So far this is not a handsome as mr. amell

This one falls into the "variant/repaint" realm for sure.

I have the original, which I love, but I want this to be more tempting than it is. If they had him in a different stance, maybe aiming the bow, at least then I could justify it. As for now, he's a pass. However, I want everyone else to buy one! That might be the only way I'll get a proper Slade Wilson statue from Arrow

I don't understand why we couldn't have gotten a Felicity, or a Slade, before they go re-doing the first one.

They can't seem to get the likeness on this one. Maybe Sideshow or Hot Toys will try.

Ditto! I know there are other Deathstrokes available, but I'd really like to have a statue of the Arrow version.

I've been tempted to pick up the Kotobukiya version to display next to Oliver, but it's just not the same.

Hopefully this show stays popular and we'll get a proper Deathstroke. He's too big of a character to ignore. Though, I do wonder if The Flash is a hit, if we'll be seeing him before Slade.
