Not trying to knock your regular version Nexus, but after seeing the pics I still prefer my SDCC version. I ended up cancelling my preorder for the regular, figured I didn't need both.

Hmmm. I didn't know there was an exclusive. I'll have to check it out on the bay. The line is for my daughter, so she doesn't care. This has the potential to be an excellent line. I just hope it doesn't take GG *forever* to get around to making the core three characters -- not to mention they can do them at different ages (10-14-17 maybe), so holding off on Ron and Hermione doesn't make much sense.

Completely agree with you on that.

The SDCC exclusive is the exact same sculpt but in a sepia tone. Looks more like the wanted poster from the film.

got both of my harry potter busts today. they look great. i think this line is going to be GREAT!! they are better in person than i thought they would be!!

they are also coming out with hungarian horntail statue too. still decided if i am gonna get that.

how much is the comic con sirius black worth? i kinda want to get it, but dont' want to overpay. i found one and just want to know if it's worth it.

Ugh...my Harry Potter busts came today and the Harry was damaged. The head was clean off and since it had been loose in the packaging, some of the hair had chipped off and there were a few paint chips also.

I EFFING HATE Gentle Giant's packaging. What is with that STUPID window in the front? If that and that huge space hadn't been there, the head would have stayed in it's place even if it had come loose.

My Sirius, while undamaged wobbled about in the packaging during transit and made a nice paint mark on the plastic with one hand and a nasty dint with the other.

Get it together Gentle Giant! All your doing with your stupid packaging is making these even more limited then they allready are. Now I am going to have to pay to get a brand new bust fixed.
