i thank you Eric. that would be and honorable thing for him to do.
im looking forward to the announcement and personal apology to Chris on their FB page and their website.
this will definitely restore some trust for me. and know that he is actually being sincere about what happened.
and thank you for all that you have done for this whole mess. its good to know that people have each others backs on here. specially one of the pros.

Its already been updated. It was updated yesterday. You guys really need to read, not skim. You have to access the original apology. It was added to that on the facebook page.

yeah there was. and on their website. which they did but it was vague on what they were apologizing for. made it sound like Chris sculpted their Lou Hulk.
i brought that to Jonathan's attention and helped him with how to word it.
he took care of that instantly. he did say he would have Eduardo update the apology on their FB within a few days. ive checked and they did just that.
loricstone is right. it was added into their initial apology on FB as they did on their website.

definitely doing the right thing and taking steps in the right direction to redemption.

There are two people behind Syco Jonathan and a second person.
This person is part of the UK division of Syco FYI

guess my intuition was correct.
looks like syco (Jonathan) was lying about everything this whole time.
here is a post that one of the mods (jedideni) over at the club house posted on the syco marvel license thread.

i knew this company couldn't be trusted.
