A bionic eye would destroy Daredevil's super hightened other senses with artificial confusing electronic input to the brain that would just overwhelm the other senses. He's far better off like he is.

so than turn it off when you're fighting Ninjas, I bet the guy would still like to be able to see himself in the mirror when he shaves every now and again
