I love the quality that PCS produce, and am relieved that they are "sorting out" their business shortcomings.

HOWEVER - you cannot legally retroactively change terms and conditions.

IF there was a clearly-stated 90-day policy when you originally made the down-payment - they CANNOT change that.

Period.

Agreed. I have no problem with this being the policy on all NEW statues going forward but you cannot change the terms of condition on previous ones.

Seems like I'm not the only one who's frustrated with the wait on Dredd. I'm wondering since I didn't order from PCS directly, if I will have an even longer wait when he does finally ship. Anyone do that as well?

A lot of people complain about PCS wait time :P
A lot of people complain about SS price hikes and differences from proto (though it's been better this year)
A lot of people complain that XM faces don't look as good, or bases are too big, or that shipped from SG is too much
A lot of people complain about P1 having too many licenses and their direction with them.

Trust me, you are not alone in complaining, that's pretty much what forums are for :P

I didnt cancel my EX. I tried to but I'm not giving this company something for nothing. This will be my last order from them. I don't care if they offer a molds SWS 1:1 Predator full statue. Never ordering from them again.


I wouldn't worry about getting an EX. Everyone knows this thing is gonna go to back up for order. It's how this company now rolls. It's sold out, it's available, it's notify me when available. Sold out. Warehouse gem available. Sold out. 'Let me see what we have left'available. Sold out. Available on eBay for 45% off by the sorry bastard that paid full retail and can't get rid of it for anything close to what he paid. . . Come to think of it a $100 loss doesn't sound so bad after all.
