Yeah, I think I tried to do too many different things and just burned myself out.

But this years artist list was exceptionally good, I had to get some books signed when I had the chance.

So much awesomeness to come out of the weekend!! I might post a little con write-up tomorrow, but for now I'll just show off my art and say that Fan Expo was a fantastic show!! On top of the amazing Hauls that the SF crew and friends pulled in, had a great Dinner on Saturday night with the crew and Erik Larsen. You guys know who you are.

Overall, it just seemed like everyone I talked to landed a really nice haul, with a few guys who absolutely plundered the con floor (Byron, I'm lookin at you). Tons of art to be had, tons of great conversation with old and new pals....what more can you ask for..I had a blast!

Also, JG (Dave) let me look through his Larkin Homage collection and good god...absolutely incredible to see that in person!

I had a concept for a commission from Dave and he took it in a completely different direction than I expected and my god, is the result amazing! There's just so much to be told from this piece...these 2 legends drinking (what is most likely) the finest scotch and smoking some cubans while exchanging stories. Before he had completed the piece, Dave just told me, "it's gonna be smooooth". I could go on for hours about how amazing this piece is, but you guys'll get sick of it, so I'll stop.

Because of course I need a Johnson Punisher Cover in my collection! This is from the Aaron/Dillon/Johnson Max run...likely my all time favorite Punisher story. Thrilled to land this!
