Everyone get the pieces they were due?
Saw him at Heroes con but couldn't bring myself to get anything with all this going on. I have been there with other artists stuffing me while they take in cash at cons and do pieces.

This is some good news....He's in attack mode
Can confirm that I have been in touch with him, and my large piece will be delivered at the Boston Con in two weeks.
He also delivered my sketch cover commission to CGC a bit ago... which I just received... Pics later.

Really? Because he has 9K of my money and I have about 70 written promises from him with nothing to show for it, and it's been two years. Don't buy the "two weeks" nonsense, I've heard that one specifically a good 30 times.

He has 9k of your cash? Oh my goodness. While I imagine the final product will no doubt look beautiful, it's always a shame to hear about artists hanging on to that much cash for so long.

As late as Jae has been in delivering commission, I never heard of him stealing money. Everyone has had the option to request a refund at any time. I haven't heard of Jae refusing to give a refund. People could have chosen to end their suffering after the first year but have allowed him to hold their money another year or two.

If true, that is good news. I would have jumped off the Jae Lee train a long time ago. I guess people must want the art and are willing to endure the pain of waiting for his commissions. I don't get it personally but to each their own
