In the description is says "by Sideshow Collectibles" and "manufactured by sideshow"
Just thought it was odd.

Because the license belongs to Sideshow while Prime 1 is doing the manufacturing. Same for any 1/4 scale Marvel or DC piece that Prime 1 does. The 1/4 scale license in North America is locked down to Sideshow.
