Inevitable? No.
Likely? Yes.

I think Ahsoka's market has been rising for years and could hit critical mass next year so that would be perfect time to announce and do pre-orders for a piece.

Both Sideshow’s Mythos and Hot Toys’ Clone Wars series are live action interpretations. If the rumors are true that Rosario Dawson will be playing Ahsoka in the Madalorian, it is possible that any Ahsoka statue in works would be delayed until she has been revealed in the show. And that the likeness has to be that of the live action representation.

I would think that SSC has lots of say in what they make with new licemse. The Mouse made SSC have to wait what 7 years to make more Mytos, then not make Mara PF and who knows how many other statues, also was The Mouse is why so few Star Wars PF for 5 years.

I thought the HT was the Clone Wars license, no?

“Go ahead. They’ve been waiting to see you.”

The final season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars has fans elated around the world. Now, Hot Toys will continue to build up the excitement for Star Wars fans and introduce highly detailed collectible figures from this hit animated series! Stay on the lookout, there are more surprises coming.

The Hot Toys Clone Wars are part of their TV line. The point I’m making is that Hot Toys are making the figures in the live action style instead of the animated style.

Disney is the licensor and has to approve all projects. There are stories about collectibles companies having a product disapproved and cancelled as late as the prototype stage.

Who knows what happened the Adam Hughes inspired Mara Jade? Such a shame. Disney seems to want to kill the EU and focus on their new films. But there is low demand for Disney Star Wars outside of the Mandalorian. .
