I hope the heel isn't touching the base, as it could crack the mirrored base if it drops down in time, due to gravity? I think they will be able to engineer just the ball of the foot being the part that goes into the base

Maybe the base and the boot is one piece. And Zatanna is put in the boot.

I don't think she'll be heavy enough to crack acrylic...scratches will likely be the main worry with the mirror finish on the base.
