Here are the pictures I sent to Spec Fiction showing the misalignment problem I'm having. I think even if I was able to push her lower boot in the short distance it has yet to go to fully seat into its keyhole, it still wouldn't be enough to have the upper tab align to its slot.

Did anyone get a Morrigan without any issues?
I been thinking of getting this piece, but I'm really hesitant of buying this statue due to the the issues I been reading. Anyone who has bought this statue, would you recommend buying this statue or is it a pass?

I'm still waiting for my replacement from Spec Fiction. I was originally told their next batch would arrive around February. That didn't happen. I emailed them again in March and was told they should be able to get them out in the next 3 months. It's now been 3 months and still nothing. If I don't hear anything soon, I will be emailing them again. Hopefully the subsequent batches fixed the problems. If not, I'll be asking for a full refund.

To be honest I would suggest just trying to refund her. Even if you get a good one, I would be worried she would have issues over time. This just seems to have been a failed design from an engineering perspective.

This is the first time I've ordered thru Spec Fiction so I'm not familiar with their refund process. Something was wrong with the first one so asking for a replacement was the obvious next step. I'm not sure if simply asking for a refund on the first "failure" would have been acceptable. I do, however, feel that asking for a full refund would be justifiable if the second one is also bad. We'll see what happens...

look like specfic just got their second batch since they sent me a shipping notification for p1.
as to answer the question above. I got P2 from specfiction last year, it was flawless; no issue. P1 i will get it upcoming monday. i heard p1 had issues with others who have gotten it.

ok i just got mine and test to see if i have the same issue and it worked out fine for me but not without an issue. my issue was that the peg hole was small and the statue would not go in all the way. i had to lightly force it in and it was a very tight fit. i have to later make the hole in the base slightly bigger for it easily go in. i included the pictures before and after.
lol they even gave me a slip inside giving me good luck. i know it was a lotto scratch or whatever, but felt like that good luck was for the statue. i have to win a lottery to get a proper statue.

Got a shipping notification from Spec Fiction on 6/16 stating that my replacement was shipping. However, as of today (6/19), UPS still says only the shipping label was created and they haven't received the package yet. Fingers crossed that the replacement will be good.

yeah and good luck. yeah my shipping label was created and took a while to ship. also dont forget the weekends and a federal holiday which might delay if they are working or not.
