Just got my Captain in finally...pics plus a side by side with Iron Man. I'm pretty happy with them for 1/5th scale.

Why does it look like he has a huge bulge in the first picture ha, weird angle? Is it mixed media or all polystone? If all poly that's some really good detail work.

Im not sure what the belt is. Its definitely sculpted and looks amazing. And I guess the bulge was just because he was excited to see Iron Man finally. But yeah, that was just a weird angle and the lighting from the flash.

I got Cap yesterday and overall he is awesome, I give it an 8.8/10. There are a few issues IMO though. Does anyone else think he is too small compared to Iron Man? He should be a bit taller than Iron Man but is instead a bit smaller overall. Also, the paint on the bases of the two don't really match. Iron man's is more pavement like and Cap's is more dirt road like. Just had to add my 2 cents.

He looks taller in the pics posted above, or is that just me?

I had ordered IM after the exclusive was all sold out, and damned myself for not acting quick enough for the exclusive. I wanted that exclusive so badly, that I actually gave up in asking the rep at sideshow since they told me that they could not guarantee me of getting the exclusive.
But guess what?, My prayers were answered. By the last payment, Sideshow cancelled my collectors edition and converted my order to the exclusive, without telling me. They just did it, plus it had free shipping...
I was ecstatically happy when I saw this ..............How awesome was that by sideshow?!!
Thank you sideshow for hearing my prayers..
But here he is....

I forgot to take off that plastic sort of wrap around his wrist, as you can see from the first picture. This was the only IM version that I wanted.

That's awesome! A bit of good charm your way. I'm not collecting these, but I love that iron man. I was very tempted by it.
