Nothing yet. The email said it would be sent within a week after paying. It has now been over 2 weeks since I paid. The website still shows my order as processing.

Yes, I paid them directly on 2/6 and still shows processing.

Very strange, I got the email on Feb 2nd to pay but totally missed it. Payed this morning and they sent a shipping noticed within the hour.

I got the email the same day and actually forgot for a couple days and then paid. This is my first time buying from them. Might just be my last.

I've ordered four from them direct and haven't had any issues yet if that's any consolation.

I sent them an email asking what is going on. I confirmed the charge went through on 2/6 with my credit card company.
BTW has anyone seen the extra head yet this is supposedly coming with? I cannot find a single picture of it online.

I've never seen the extra head. I know it say's it on the IS site but none of the pictures show it. Unless the extra head you get is the same exact head.
