Yes the styling is different from the other ones. A great addition to those collecting 1/4 scaled Mai's.

This has to be the most covered up Mai ... can't see anything except that big piece of clothing and a fan.

Well other angles might have her more exposed. I imagine this is inspired by some of the animations she does in her win poses and super moves. Some of them where she has an eccentric dress like this has her completely naked, only barely covered by parts of the falling kimono.

It's based on her Match entrance animation from the older KOF games. She re-wraps the Kimono into her normal red Outfit. Don't ask me how that works lol

That's alot of MAI and I love it! Finally She's getting the 1:4 treatment she deserves. I have the kinetiquettes one as I feel they really captured her natural gracefulness and her outfit flows naturally. she's like doing her signature RYU EN BU attack.This one I'll keep an eye on because this is her pre-battle pose. Another statue is Mai standing with the circular flames around her made by her fan.
