I missed the announcement of Peter David's X-Factor. That's great news.

Peter David's first, transformative X-FACTOR run in one volume! Havok, Polaris, Quicksilver, Multiple Man, Wolfsbane and Strong Guy are the all-new, all-different X-Factor! Sanctioned by the U.S. government to protect humans from mutants - and vice versa - they take on threats including Mister Sinister and his Nasty Boys, the Mutant Liberation Front, and...the Incredible Hulk?! But their most challenging encounter is on the couch of super hero psychiatrist Doc Samson! Whether it's battling the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants in the shadow of Genosha or clashing with X-Force during the X-Cutioner's Song saga, this unlikely band of heroes has team chemistry like nothing you've ever seen - and a unique style of humor that makes this series a true classic! Collecting X-FACTOR (1986) #55, #70-92 and ANNUAL #7-8; INCREDIBLE HULK (1968) #390-392; and material from X-FACTOR ANNUAL #5-6 and NEW MUTANTS ANNUAL #6.

August 2021

Covers by Larry Stroman and Joe Quesada

Yep, I remember reading all those when I was in school. This is like the one from a year ago only with more issues right?

It's way more comprehensive. I have the one that came out before and this is twice as thick.

Nice, can’t wait to get all those character bios. Still waiting for my Brubaker Cap Omni. I don’t know about everyone else but I got slammed with omnibus orders the past few months.

Latest Previews has What If? Volume 1 Omnibus. Was wondering if they’d produce this with the animated series coming out. Would love to se an Invaders Omnibus but not holding my breath for that one. Still, you ever know.

I would think that the entire run of The Invaders could be put into one omnibus since it was only 41 issues plus I believe maybe one annual (not sure about the annual but I do know that there was at least one reprint issue) so it should only be about 700 pages.

The Defenders are finally getting an omnibus later this year and I cannot understand what took so long for that one. Other titles I would like to see released as an Omnibus are

Marvel Team Up
Marvel Two In One
The Inhumans (between the FF issues they figured prominently in, the Amazing Adventures series and the series from the 70's it might be a smaller omnibus but it would be nice to see)
