3. What will the scale be of your resin Marvel pieces?

4. What are your future plans with DC?
I agree.

I don't collect Star Wars because ther figures are made of Vinyl.

If Koto switch over to Resin/Polystone I would start collecting.

What are the chances of more 12" Marvel female characters based on Jim Lee's artwork?

The previous ones like Batman and Catwoman from the Hush comic book series penciled by Jime Lee were spot on.

Thank you.

Is it true the Final Fantasy Masterpiece Arts statues are not limited editions and more production runs of Cloud Strife could take place?

So what's the plan for Fine art state/bust line?

Are you guys going to do any characters other than the big 5?

Are you guys going to use local Japanese sculptors or oversea sculptos will be hired to do the works?

Aside from DARK KNIGHT, what other recent or new releases have limited number editions? Do the bounty hunter series have limited no. editions?

Here are some responses from Kotobukiya regarding the questions asked in this thread. Keep the questions coming and expect more to be answered in the coming weeks.

SF: Will we see classic, full-size Marvel characters coming out from your Fine Art Statue polystone line?

Koto: Of course we do! If you guys have requests of which characters you want to see made please let us know! We plan to make both the modern and classic style line up. Which do you guys like better?

SF: What’s the possibility we’ll see a Thanos statue with a light-up Infinity Gauntlet released?

Koto: Thanos is an awesome character and we also think it would make a great sculpt! What kind of light-up feature do you think would make the characters stand out? Do you think that a light-up feature will make them special? Let us know!

SF: Will we ever get a Count Dooku, Jedi Luke, Qui-Gon, Lando, Grievous' bodyguard or battle droid?

Koto: At the moment we don’t have plans for those characters, but if we receive enough requests sure we can! Currently we are working on new line products with a “new style”. Keep your eyes open for more information!

SF: When can we expect Marvel females to be made into the vinyl figures, statues, etc...?

Koto: I have to say, not much can be revealed at this moment, but what I can say for now is we have character designs already in progress. The line is already in our agenda. Check out our marvel flyer that we released at the New York Toy Fair. It will give you a general idea of the categories we will be working on. (this flyer appears on pg. 2 of the Kotobukiya Marvel thread – gonk) What kind of expectations do you have from Kotobukiya when making the girl line? Which characters do you want to see made? Please let us know!
