it just lowers overall amount, and that is fine but they have not informed anyone of this change and option and how it works and that should've been done via official email.
It sort of messed up my payment plan now and payments are not registering in my order as they should, so I'm in talks with them for a second day already.

Ok that's annoying. Have they admitted this is a flaw?

They told me to wait until Monday as main CS is not working, if it doesn't resolve by itself by then, I should sent an email to CS.
Think it will be all good, it's just an unnecessary hassle.

So I just looked in my account and I now see how the options if you have a payment plan have been reorganized.
3 options are immediately shown: pay towards balance, modify payment plan, and cancel item.
If you select 'modify payment plan,' then you see the older options for make next payment now, switch to single payment, postpone next payment, and change payment dates.

Saw that yesterday as well. At first I thought they removed those options. Good thing I poked around and figured it out.
