1/6 Predator 2 Vinyl Kit by Kotobukiya
Just received the Kotobukiya 1/6 Predator and here's a quick shot:
It comes with full facial sculpt, but the mouth and jaw comes off so that the loose mask piece can be put on.
Overall detail is good and it really has that gritty weathered look to it.
More pics to follow.

I used to have this one and I emphasize "Used To". When I got it I couldn't wait to get rid of it. I just thought it looked cheap and it kept falling over. I couldn't believe that the company who's been putting out these great Star Wars kits actually put this out. Not one of Kotos finest. No offense but there's better out there.

Well, i have the McFarlane 1/6 and this is better imo and since the Hot Toys ones just doesn't look right, there really isn't much left to choose from in 1/6 scale when it comes to The Predator.
I love the grity look and think koto did a good job. Mine stands sturdy and feels well sculpted, which is more then i can say about the McFarlane one which keeps falling over.

The perfect one, if you got over $1000.00 lying around, is that big one from Sideshow. Palisades Toys put out a couple nice ones too.

I bought this about a year ago now and I 100% agree with patrickwm68, as soon as i removed it from the packaging i knew i'd made a mistake in buying it.
Well disappointed considering how good the Star Wars line is.
I don't need any other Predator figure / statue as i own the Sideshow 1/4 scale marquette, it has to be one of, if not the best piece in my collection.

I haven't found a better looking 1/6 predator out there, although the detail is better in the Hot Toys versions, their anatomy for the predator is all wrong in alot of places.
You can hardly compare the SS maquette with the Koto 1/6, lol. SS's is the only one to own if you only want one, i agree, but they hardly play in the same ballpark.

Go on eBay at look up Palisades Predator. They did a bunch of busts and statues before they went under. Predator Triumphant statue is a good one. He's crouched on a Gargoyle holding a spear in one hand and a skull/backbone in the other.

I have the Kotobukiya Predator. Its too much a toy compared to the SS Predator, so I took it off display since the SS version is much better, I dont have the SS version though.
The pose did not do it for me.
A 1/4 scale Predator with a victorious pose with the Preadator holdig a spine and skull in one hand and maybe a spear in the other hand, that would be cool.
This would probably be a Predator 2 release, I dont know if SS would consider making a 1/4 scale Predator based from the 2nd movie.
