Worst prices clearly goes to JND and QS with silicone statues running between $3-5k. You've been around since 2008, but still question ECC prices? Their prices have always been high. Nothing has changed, really. It just depends how much someone likes the character in this scale. While I don't love it, it's still the only 1/3 HB on the market and for the price, people will be getting something extremely limited. I'd be surprised if Abe and HB gets 60 combined sales.

My only gripe is the pose. Would've been nice to get a bit more torque in the body so the long jacket isn't just falling at his side, but it does admittedly look like an actor taking promotional photos in the suit and that must have been the goal. Much like ECC's other stuff, it's a very matter-of-fact, no-frills maquette, focusing entirely on the character's design...

...which begs the question: why is their JP3 Raptor slipping on an invisible banana?

I guess when they have made so many Raptor statues, they decided on taking a chance with the pose. It definitely won't sell well because of that pose, but the paint and sculpt look great, otherwise.

From the Dino guys, i personally like VickPS although he also insulted me in the past. I also believe that he has a good "eye" for sculpts/paint jobs. This stemmed from a comment he made in a Prime1's thread regarding Prime1's future where i alone was fighting hundreds of guys. He made a comment and i INSTANTLY "smelled" that VickPS has a good "eye", surely the BEST amongst Dino collectors.

I admit that i'm reading his comments regarding Dino-stuff cause he has CLEARLY the best eye amongst such collectors although i believe that he wastes his "talent" and money on a hobby that doesn't suit his potential.

Ok, he likes Dino stuff but i would want him to be a Star Wars collector (majority of deep-pocketed collectors or even SoCal/Silicon Valley millionaires are geeks and mainly Star Wars fans).

I am sorry if they bother you. How is someone who collects dino statues from favourite film Jurassic Park who normally wouldn't care about dinosaurs?
Besides, what is wrong with liking pre-historic animals?
