It says Warhammer but I hope they do 40k over/along fantasy. Still really love the HMO stuff and hope they do more but more Warhammer is always great!!

Awesome news, judging by the announcement video it's going to be both Fantasy and 40K.
The license is for 1/6 scale pieces, which are going to be massive if they're true 1/6's. I'm hoping for Eisenhorn and other not-basic-space-marine -human characters, plus of course the Primarchs.

HMO was also 1/6 and is also quite large so yeah it should be just fine. The video does make me think of 40k because almost everyone mentioned 40k races in it :< Also 40k is far more popular than fantasy but we'll see!

Indeed, hopefully this will result in something good.
I prefer old school WH40k
Fingers crossed weta can do 1/6 diorama's with two or three figures fighting each other.

That might get large, a primarch at 1/6 will be 1/4th scale already, and space marines not far behind. I think it'll follow the LOTR line design?

Maybe this will inspire HMO to show us some Wh40k goodness as well. Competition is good for the customer. Also excited what Weta will show of course.

HMO's first statue has two figures (primarch+chaos marine) on the base as well. Personally did not like the execution of the big stairs, otherwise would have ordered.
Really think that diorama with 3 (non primarch) figures fighting head-on would be awesome. Two Orks or Chaos against one Space Marine.
If someone can offer a few 1/6 diorama's like that, then i'm all in.

This would be awesome, as it's definitely one of the most iconic moments from the 40K lore. Two separate pieces that you can combine would also be a bit easier on the wallet.

I'm just basing what I know about this license from the SpaceMarine video game but I'd love to own a cool version of that armor.
