Checked out some reviews of the EC Artists Library books. Think I’ll get some of those.

Here's a couple more "Halloween Shout-Outs" well worth a mention & which have been released in the recent past -

Eventually evolving into Marvel Comics, Atlas comics was a 1950's publisher who devoted a fare amount of paper & ink towards their horror line of comics. Adventures Into Terror & Venus, Strange Stories Of The Supernatural were 2 of these books. Both recently released as hardback collections in The Atlas Comics Library line. Both well worth a purchase. Venus began as a sci-fi, super-heroine book w/ the goddess Venus working as a fashion-mag reporter. Each issue she's involve herself into some sort of bizarre, sci-fi or horror adventure. The book would eventually loose the gal & run straight-up horror tales.
