Yeah, no one asked for Taskmaster, but it was not out of no where. There was the Black Widow Film at the time which had its version of Taskmaster in it. That was what caused Sideshow to produce a Comics Taskmaster statue.
If it wasn't for the film, SS wouldn't make a Taskmaster in a million years. IMHO.

Also I’ll note that Taskmaster is an awesome PF. It’s still in stock because they simply made too many of a 3rd rate villain who ultimately isn’t even in the “Black Widow” movie, they created a new character who they gave similar powers and the same code name. Probably should’ve been 750 Taskmasters total with both heads included.

Anyway I really like this but I have the Comiquette. Also as much as I love Spider-Man they’re showing this when the previous Spider-Man they previewed isn’t available yet. Different costumes but still. Multiple PFs for the same character is out of hand lol.

I agree with a lot of others here. Overall, cool pose and it does look nice. Do I want this statue though? Nope. This suit is not for me.

Yup Iron Spider is not that popular. I doubt this will have a huge edition size.
This is just my guess but I think Ben Reilly would've sold just as well and wouldn't have been a rehash.

My first ssc statue was the Iron Spidey comiquette ex. I think it still looks better than this so money saved.
