I brought a signed Alex Ross X-Men #500 litho through Previews. After not receving it after 6 months I checked their website and found it for significantly cheaper. I e-mailed to ask why the big difference in price but never heard back from anyone. I finally got it close to a year after the fact. I had forgotten I even ordered it.

I bought a Litho form them and it came rolled up in a tube and it also had bends on the side.
