I remember when she was first revealed. There was a big squable about the helmet. You have to remember a good percentage of people are buying these based on looks. Not all have knowledge of history or art.

That's kind of how I felt when I first saw the silver and black versions (at that time there was no gold option even being considered) which is why I am just sure that at some point I could have ordered the black because I was ready to pull the trigger on it but then Arahom was talking about the whole series and his concept and that Ares would have red armor and Hades black armor and of course some would have no armor at all. I started to see them all together in my mind and decided I didn't want Hades and Athena in the same colored armor so went with the silver.

That makes sense. I am not to date with the ARH releases anymore. I havent seen anything lately that I like, but I think Athena and Ares are two of their best designs. It is about time Ares got produced. I think he will definitely become a grail. Even more so than Medusa.
