Hi
I have confirmed with my artist team about portrait eye and confirm it is not supposed to be green. However, we will replace both the heads with green pupils. Kindly check back with your seller for updates.
Note: The color differs between the chest and both faces because we design to have slight make up on the face.

This is my reply to them..waiting for the answer to this:
Hi Grace
Thank you for the reply.
I understand the idea about the slight make-up (and I am all for it) but this is not the case here.
It's not just the color of her face that is different. It's also the color of her neck. The color of her neck part in body sculpt is completely different than the color of the neck part in the head sculpt and difference is very big. That is a clear mistake. And if you fix the color the neck part in the head sculpt then I assume you probably want to tone down the red (make-up) in the head sculpt a little bit. This is more of an artistic view of course but I assume a fixed head sculpt with the same skin color in the neck area as you have in the body sculpt's neck area would look a little weird if the color of her face with make-up is still made with such a strong red.
Therefore I still expect to get a new head sculpt in which you will fix head sculpt's neck skin color so it will match the neck skin color in the body sculpt.

I'm so happy to say that XM-studios took the complaints seriously and sent me replacement head scupts that fix both the googly eyes and the excessive amount of red skin tone. The new head sculpts have nice green eyes and have toned down the skin color so that now it fits the skin tone in the body sculpt.
Now I absolutely low this statue!
I have attached a foto including both head sculps where the old sculpts are on the left and new ones on the right.
I really like both new head sculpts and I'm not 100% sure which one I will leave to the statue... but most likely the one without goggles.
