Waiting for Stephen Platt commission
Does anyone else on this board have a commission they are waiting for from Stephen Platt? I paid him for a commission almost 2 years ago. At first, he would respond to my emails inquiring about the progress of the commission but my last few emails have gone unanswered. I know there a few more individuals that have waited longer than I have for their commissions.

Yeah Stephen Platt's work on Prophet was what caught my eye on this artist. I love his style of drawing.

I asked about 6 months ago if I could get on his list. Was told that he was so far behind that they were not taking any new people.

You're not alone. I met Stephen in 2013 at the Dallas convention. I paid him for a commission and have been waiting ever since. I'm military, so I have moved around quite a bit. I'll message him on Facebook when I move or deploy, and he'll usually reply by thanking me for my service and saying mine is "getting there." It's been 5 years now....5 freaking years.

Some of these artists are essentially crooks. Unbelievable.

I recently sent him a few messages on Facebook upon my return from my deployment in Iraq. It's been about 5 1/2 years now, so I wanted to inquire about the commission. I can see that he read the messages, but he did not reply. Pretty disappointing. I guess Stephen Platt really needed my $250.
