Thanos is holding his helmet; Hulk is soup (at least temporarily ).

... I don't remember if I did or not, I just said I'd like to be able to see that the Reality Gem's in use, and you can... the gem itself is lit up, with energy cascading over it.. and off of it. PlusThanos has his left leg out enough to allow Caiera to grab onto it comfortably, thoughtful Eternal that he is. ,

I figure it's worth mentioning that he got her ears and eyes "right" (green irises, black sclera), you just can't see it that well in the image posted.
