Hello fellow collectors, I have been away for 8 weeks traveling through Europe (Netherlands, Germany, France ect...)and now have returned to Canada. It’s good to be home  I seem to have trouble contacting CM. The toll free phone number on their website doesn’t seem to work for me ( says this number has been disconnected and is no longer in service) and I have sent them an email a wile back and have not received a reply yet. Does anyone know how I can contact CM?

That's the same number on the site. I got two rings this time before I got the message. If you can contact them, then its a problem on my end. Thanks.

Yes, same thing the number is disconnected for me. It's strange, before I left I was able to call the toll free number without any problem.

Well I called my phone company and they did an extensive analysis on it, through unrelated phone numbers and different service providers such as Bell and Rogers, and they could not reach any of the numbers posted on the website. They said that it’s a problem with the posted number because it’s restricting connections from certain areas such as Toronto and possibly others.

I sent CM 2 emails and they still have not replied. The first one was sent on April 10th.

Sometimes they just don't reply to me either. It's kind of a "luck of the draw" thing with them.
