No doubt. But, that's one of the things we get to deal with in the superhero movies. Actors and actresses gotta strike a pose! Their faces need to be seen ad nauseum, and their hair's gotta be done! Rip those masks, and helmets off! Especially when you're in battle with dangerous aliens, robots, and super villains!

I don't see it either, there is Hayley Atwell, Idris Elba & Anthony mackie in it but that is easily explained.

It looks to me like a reflection in the brighter section of silver on his obliques.
Now that I see it, I can't un-see it. However, I can't tell who it is.
