Just wanted to share my take on this piece.
He's actually darker in person but due to the pose and size, he's no easy statue to photograph so I had to use a lot of lights.
So yeah I'm not a fan of glossy metallic Juggy, I prefer him with a matt finish.
He was fully repainted except for the eyes and teeth as I thought they looked decent on mine and wouldn't be noticed once he had the helmet on anyway.
For the skin tones, seeing how big he is I thought he needed to be super detailed so I spent a lot of time on them. By painting quite a few transparent layers with enamel paints I achieved a translucent look. It doesn't show too well in the pics but works quite well irl.
The base is extremely cool and was actually a lot of work. I did add a few details here and there like muddy water oozing out of a few pipes.
