The show never fails to be balls out. It's so great and I still have no idea how it will end....I mean I do, but don't I've always thought that Kim will be dead by the end of this series. I think it even more now. There was some debate here and there in my mind, but I think she's toast.
Also, when you go into witness protection what does the government do with your stuff?! Is it like they showed? I never thought about it until that opener.

At first I (and probably most fans) thought so too...but now after hearing the producer and Odenkirk saying that people won't predict how the final few episodes will play out...I'm not so sure.
i didn't like that at all, not only do i like Howard but that does nothing for the story and just seems like the easy way out of the whole "well why didn't we ever hear about him in BB?"

I don't consider that to be a relevant question because Breaking Bad was not Saul's story. Did the audience even know Saul's real name in Breaking Bad? I don't remember.
When he first meets Walter, he mentions that his real last name is McGill, but I don't think we ever hear his first name.
you are correct, he makes a passing Irish joke when he first meets Walt, but that was it.

i agree, but those questions came up a lot about the people in BCS but not BB

I see now the point you're making. If that's really how the creators feel then it's a faulty premise on their part thinking all characters not subsequently appearing in Breaking Bad have to meet an untimely end. And that's another bad sign for Kim.
