To a point, but what good is speculating on assumptions. It's a tease for excitement. Once the statue is fully revealed, no speculation will be needed, and then we can make our judgements known.

I would like Spiderman's suit/mask to have a fabric texture to it and the black web lines on his suit to be raised instead of concaved and more creases/folds. Something similar to the new Spiderman suit in Civil War movie.

Well i can see a pull up masked head. Interesting.
yeh im with seeing texturing fabric, slight creases but not too much where it can look baggy.

but the main selling point is the spidey dynamic pose and somehow getting a new york vibe/HIS neighbourhood from the piece

from xm fb

"XM 1/4 scale Spiderman .... DONE!!!
Thanks to Mufizal for his patience and the stunning sculpt, and Sophie for the lineart. It is a fun and dynamic concept allowing collectors to interchange base elements to link to certain sinister villains. We also opted for the classic comic costume feel so if you look at some of the close up renders, you can see the seams and clothes stretch marks. Swing away Spidey!"

wow that's a lot of switch outs.... At first look it's a bit busy like Iron Studios Spider-Man, but the more I look at it the more I like it...
