where is the connection point of Spiderman to the base? In this concept he seems to fly what is AWESOME and i hope this is final ....

I hope it will not be like the swinging thor hammer addon stone and later he is sitting on anything??

culpt on this is by far one of the most impressive I have seen in terms of the complexity and the detailing. It makes me green with envy really. The problem for me is the pose or should I say the two poses. Everything above the waist is a dynamic swinging action shot, and everything below the waste is a wall clinging pose. In fact almost that exact leg pose was used in the J Scott Comiquette. The leg pose grounds him in a way, and the right arm and right leg both being down stalls the action even more. If the right leg was brought up and forward that would elevate some of the problem, but squat the figure a bit. I would also make Spidey bigger to emphasize him more. Overall it looks great, just not amazing, and I would say the lack of replays to this thread since the last tease supports that this is getting a luke warm response. For god sakes it is an XM Spidey. There should be 15 pages of replies by now.

I think it is on his right hip.

This is an amazing sculpt, always wondered when we would ever get one where he's pulling on his web for momentum to swing him through instead of the usual shooting web pose which has been done to death. Bravo XM!

It's a solid looking Spidey statue. However, he doesn't look like he's in mid-swing. Have a look at Sosa's Koto Spidey for a dynamic Spidey statue in mid-swing. That's perfection in my book.

I think if they pulled his right leg up so it is mostly above his right hand that would have more of a swinging feel

Great sculpt as usual from XM, but spidey looks a little too thick in the waist area. For all the great add-on rogue elements, the overall feel of the sculpt seems a little static, considering. Spidey needs a slightly more dynamic pose, and villainous elements need to be positioned in more dangerous angles. As is, lacks the drama it deserves, but..........................still a great sculpt.
