looking for help identifying

Hey guys, first I apologize for the awful quality of this picture, unfortunately for me this is all I have to go on. Does anyone know anything at all about this figure, what line it might be from, manufacturer, or even the name of the figure? This picture is so terrible that you probably shouldn't even look at it enlarged, just take a peek at this little thumbnail. Thanks for taking a moment and checking it out! Anyone have any ideas?

I know it's horrible quality, I didn't take it and this is all I have to go with. So Ink, any ideas what line this figure might be from? Just throw out some hunches if you have any.

When I enlarge it it ALMOST looks like Black Knight??
