Bleh, I would rather have nurse joker. I never liked that scene. he's not one to take off his makeup for it's part of his psychosis.
I bet we also get a Joker with Pooch n steel pipe variant down the line.

He'll do whatever it takes to get the job done. He couldn't take it off in the comics but he has applied make up over his face to make himself look normal.

I'll be picking this up. Not for display purposes though rather more for sentimentality as its unlikley we'll recieve any more Heath Ledger 'dolls'.

It's too early to say whether the Hot Toy figure will be accurate, though judging by what can be seen, his face does look completely make-up free.
Perhaps this is what oddball was referring to in his earlier post.
