Possibly, but P1 hasn't really been shy about just delaying with no reason before. Doesn't really matter to me as it's still another delay and not one for uncontrollable circumstances. Is everything else being delayed because of QC issues? If so I doubt it's QC issues.

If something did go wrong, they wouldn't post photos of it. I don't know that any company would advertise their failures, even to keep current customers in the loop.

It's certainly possible, when the prime 1 studios Batman v Superman Batmobile was closer to start shipping[before it abruptly got cancelled], it popped up on a particular website that didn't have it for pre order for about a year and a half after it went up for pre order on P1's website...
