I haven't received any responses for weeks. I think after Aurora had her accident, things got backed up big time. They need to hire more people for backup purposes.

Ant stated he’s going to be handling the cs backup. They also hired someone that will be starting soon (next week, I believe). However, remember, new person needs to be trained on policies and procedures. They’re also hoping Aurora will be back mid to late May some time.

Im not trying to get a refund, Im just trying to find out when my shao khan klassic 1:4 will ship, others have had theirs for a month already and I cant even get a single reply from PCS as to when mine will ship

Im in Canada. From the looks of it they must ship out international orders after their domestic orders regardless of who paid first
