Question regarding the impact of a cover defect on the value of a comic

I hope I am allowed to ask this here, if not, please point me to the right place.
If a comic cover has a defect such that it was printed 'crooked', say the top of the cover is partially cut off, where the comics code authority stamp would be, how does that impact the value of a book? Keep in mind, this was from the printing process, not someone actually cutting off the top of the book.
I appreciate any input.

Is it worth decent money to begin with? A lot will come down to what comic you are talking about.

Amazing Spider-Man 129. I know this isn't the nicest copy anywways, but I was wondering how the top of the book impacts value.

I would suggest posting this on the CGC forum. You will get some pretty good answers.
