The missile just kills it for me. I'm picturing it in my head without it and it would look incredible. Such a shame

Yeah, this is the first time I'm seeing this piece and I agree the missile being gone would be a huge improvement imo. It seems like it could be easily made to remove in two pieces and you could leave it out to have a closed fist look. I also only see two portraits in this thread(excluding the first peanut head), and something seems slightly off. And 97 pounds, damn!

Iron Studios thinks they can upscale an action figure, and then ask Prime 1 prices for it.

I think this sculpt is stupendous overall. The 2 similar heads would be my choice of portraits as well.

I do agree the skin texture is a bit much ...too big, if you know what I mean. Its like looking at the skin texture of an orange. The skin texture should've been smaller ...or finer, might be a better way of putting it.

That's the skin texture I'd expect on Rhino.

The skin texture seems blatantly out of scale.

The missile removes any chance of me getting this statue. It makes the Hulk piece look like a plastic toy for a 6 year old kid at best. At worst, the missile looks like an adult toy. And the hulk sculpt is not great enough to compensate this misshap in my opinion.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

another fail 1/4 hulk.

1) neck seam, why just why does hulk need coh.
2) missile itself is ok, but the retarded burn effect completely kills it
3) 32 inches and 90 lbs is too much for a 1/4, even for hulk
4) overall sculpt just isn’t that good.

It’s ridiculous after all this time we still don’t have a good 1/4 hulk, just take the god damn 1/5 sideshow comiquette and blow it up to 1/4 and slap on a $800 price tag and I will buy it. That is the only perfect hulk statue, too bad it’s 1/5.

Agree with you 100%. The Hulk Transformation is currently my favorite Hulk so far, but it's not released yet. I like parts of this statue but it is just way too damn big. I'd be fine with a 1/6 Hulk but even then there isn't one I really love.

Yeah that's your opinion. I personally find that 1/5 Hulk absolutely horrible, wouldn't want it even for free.

The neck seam is a non issue, usually it's completely invisible when exposed. but people just LOVE using that argument to critize a Hulk sculpt.

I will agree on the weight which seems unnecessarily high. But this is still wip so who knows, it might change.

And the sculpt is absolutely fantastic, i don't know what you're talking about.

Hulk transformation is way more expensive than this. Why are you even comparing it? Mind-numbing!
