It appears Shin Tanabe sold it as an unpainted kit of this at the beginning of last year for 14k JPY. It sold out very quickly ( http://shintanabe.blog45.fc2.com/blog-category-3.html ) . Interesting to see it's now likely to be a FFG figure.

Here is the thread devoted to Quiet.
TBH I find her face a bit too stretched at some pics.
On the other hand she does not suffer from overboob issue, which is getting stereotype these days.
Pulled the trigger on this today. Normally i donot bother with 1/6 scale statues, Winanna The Hunter has been on the wants list forever. Production pics seem rare. The production piece appears to look good if slightly different from the proto. I will post pic's when mine arrives
