He has a brick and mortar store about an hour from me in Ft Collins, CO. I know him through a friend of mine who also sells collectibles online and in his store. He is an alright guy.

It is interesting reading about people's impressions of online stores and sculptors (e.g. ARH). My friends store does a ----load of business online. There are 2 owners and they have 1 other guy working for them. I help out for free 1 day/week. These guys do not make a lot of money. I don't think many here have any clue how hard it is to run a self-owned business let alone a collectible business. Finding oneself in a business in trouble, especially if in your family's only source of income, is difficult to manage.

Have you ever imagined a world with no hypothetical situations?

First time customer bought a 'brand new' item from Secret Compass, sold me a 'used item' with missing parts.

They accepted my return after a long grinding process and they even said they will reimburse my return postage after getting the figure back.

They never reimbursed my postage and they refused the delivery attempt as well. Threatening me the figure will be sent back to me without any refund.

Had to call eBay customer service to force them a refund.

I left them negative feedback on eBay, a few days later it instantly got removed. Don't know what relationship they have with eBay.

They have over 16,500+ positive without 1 negative. Do they live in their own perfect world or what?

Never buy them.
