But, let me see what we can come up with.
As for the leaning, I am afraid that would require me to re-sculpt/re-mold, plus this is what Capcom required from us.
I hear ya, but there's some stuff we have no control over

Who's this clown in licensing at Capcom who doesn't know what Ryu's hadouken pose should look like? Same guy who insisted that SOTA's Bison figure should have a silver cape?
In all seriousness, I'm just glad that you guys are so transparent with your fans and open to discussion and feedback. At the end of the day I'm sure Ryu will be a success and the people who get the kit will be very happy with it. If you guys are willing to even consider listening to us nitpicking nerds on the internet, let alone engage in conversation, I couldn't ask for more!

Love this comment.
I think we all know you can't please everyone, and you shouldn't (design by committee is never a good thing) but it's nice to have an opportunity to chime in

Nah man, the guys at Capcom have been the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with, the choice was made due to production, the wider the gap the bigger the hadouken and the less you see his face from a front view.
Plus this gives the fireball less area for it to grab on to, trust me we went over this several ways, and unless we added a big peg (which looked pretty bad) the weight of the Hadouken would not allow it to stay fixed to the hands
