I was discussing with Rebecca about shipping to my work address beforehand, and asked her to send me the tracking. So, I got an email from her, but also got an automated email telling me my order shipped with the tracking.

The odd thing was, the whole reason I made the arrangements to have it shipped to work is because we were discussing them using FedEx...they ended up shipping with USPS...oh, well...just a longer wait, I guess.

Yeah, this has me seriously worried. I did bring it up during my discussions with them...fingers crossed that they got this sorted out.

Thanks mate, yeah I asked in my email if a full replacement is an option. Hopefully they will get back soon. And hopefully they have figured out the packaging issues. The weird thing is that it actually looks and feels better packaged than most sideshow items I've received. It has poly inside and out, and the Velcro strap was a really classy touch.

After a three week wait, mine is here. Sadly in quite a few more pieces than it should be. The movie head is completely destroyed, and it scratched up a few other parts. The comic head is slightly damaged on the visor area. The handcuffs are in about eight different tiny pieces so I'll not be simply gluing them on. Despite the damage, I can tell that there's a decent statue in here somewhere. I will withhold my opinion of my first PCS order until I've spoken to them, and hopefully had it replaced with an undamaged example.

Yeah, the wolf was just tragic. This however is an unforeseen oversite that I imagine PCS are feeling a much as the rest of us. Hopefully it'll be sorted for everybody in the end.

Received mine in germany and expected the worst but no damage at all and still one of the heads was totally loose inside the box .... guess I had big luck.
