Yeah... Well this is the question, I have sent a follow up email asking for clarification as to how likely it is that a replacement will be available. That line was worrying, although the EX is still available to buy...

Got mine today. Regret to inform that mine has suffered the same damage as most others. One head completely loose inside box, helmet broken off and chipped. Handcuffs snapped off and smashed to bits.
This is seriously disappointing, since PCS knew of the issues prior to mine shipping and I specifically brought it up to them before mine shipped. There is no apparent attempt to fix the issues (my box had not been opened).
So, I join the many others in the replacement line. Based on the response Python got, I guess I have to hope there is one available for me.

I think that more than just a replacement should be issued. Discounts on future statues as well, would be suitable I would think.

We didn't even get an APOLOGY from Sideshow for the screw-up on the Wolf Predator LSB.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

You have to break it just to get into the replacement line? What if you destroy it, then they come back and tell you there is no replacement for you?

Man...looking at where the handcuffs would hang (basically right over his butt crack) and then at the packaging, there is a ridge in the styro right there. It's very easy to see how it snapped off. It probably broke immediately when the body was placed in the box. Frankly, I'd be surprised if most of the handcuffs aren't broken.

Here is what I mean...I almost guarantee the cuffs were snapped off the moment the body was placed in the styro. This is a packaging flaw...big time. Note I have just laid the cuffs in place to show where they hang...they are not attached to the body (and they are actually broken into several pieces).
In my opinion, this was broken straight from the factory. The packaging is flawed and needs to be redesigned, or modified to provide a void for the handcuffs to fit into.
This situation is really too bad. The statue itself is decent enough. Nice quality weight and feel, pretty good likeness.

Yeah - that would be my concern.
They should put you in the queue and wait until they can confirm there is a replacement before insisting on destruction.
That's worse than the games Sideshow play.
