My Dredd came in with broken handcuffs aswell.
Luckily the head is fixed on the regular version,so only damage on mine are the broken cuffs.

Wow, this is terrible. I would love to get this piece, but with that obvious issue....no way. Looks like the issues are guaranteed.

These guys are broke af. There's no way they'll stop production release for new packaging.

Honestly, seeing the flaw in the packaging, I can't imagine how anyone will NOT get broken cuffs. The few people that have an undamaged one are very lucky.

The packaging they have would work if they cut a void behind his butt to make room for the cuffs, and put a piece of tape over the slot where the head goes. Would take about 5 extra minutes when packing these up...I wonder if they'd even bother, though...

Crazy to think I'm actually lucky to only have received a damaged head.
I honestly don't see how PCS will be able to facilitate even 1/3 of the replacements necessary for everyone based on the number of people on this forum alone that have received damaged pieces.

If it's just a mod to perform a quick cut-out of the cuff area, then I agree man, they should temporarily stop shipping these to do that. Anything to prevent further upset collectors since this is practically a guaranteed break. I misread the posts. I thought there was more to it than just a quick mod to the styro.
