Why not collect the reg's til you can afford to get the EX's 
I'd just get the reg's IMO, unless they go for the same price or unless the statue is highly different from the EX to Reg, then its what you like..
Vamperilla is awesome in ether EX or Reg... but Tomb Raider EX... the art card is not really a change to the statue IMO.
Sorry can't vote.. you don't have Both, plus I only get what I can afford "so the Reg's would have to do, until I could find the EX".

You could also check, ehem, the other board. I think I remember a few people there saying they weren't going to keep their EX.

Vampirella EX is about to skyrocket, already selling for 500-650 and that's on the forums. I am so happy i got this one.....this one is truly EX or fail

They are both great pieces to have in your collection however since your budget only allows you to have one then that would be VAMPIRELLA PF ... this piece is epic
Especially if the Vampirella doesn't have the seam issue that the Lara Croft has as its horrendous.
